Heat sealing temperature: The adjustment of heat sealing temperature depends on the packaging speed, the material of the transparent film and its thickness. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the long side seal can be set at 150-190 degrees, the temperature of the left and right side seals at 130-140 degrees, the temperature of the upper ironing plate at 110-120 degrees, and the temperature of the lower ironing plate at 100-110 degrees. It is recommended to start the temperature setting from a low temperature, such as setting 120℃ first, and gradually adjust until the sealing is successful. A green light on indicates that the temperature is rising, while a green light off and a red light on indicate that the temperature has reached the set value.
Heat sealing pressure: During the heat sealing process, it is necessary to precisely control the pressure to ensure the firmness and sealing performance of the seal. Appropriate pressure can make the packaging film adhere closely to the packaged item, avoiding problems such as poor sealing or air leakage.
Heat sealing time: The length of the heat sealing time also affects the sealing quality. If the time is too short, the seal may not be firm. If the time is too long, it may cause the packaging film to overheat and deform. The heat sealing time should be reasonably set based on factors such as the material and thickness of the packaging film as well as the heating efficiency of the equipment.
Gas source pressure: Gas source pressure also has a certain impact on the heat sealing process. Generally speaking, the pressure gauge controls the air pressure of the lower film blowing to be adjusted to 0.3-0.5Mpa, and controls the air pressure of the left and right ironing, upper and lower ironing sealing cylinders, and transition plate cylinders to be controlled at 0.5Mpa to ensure the normal operation of the cylinders.
