Cold sealing is suitable for temperature-sensitive items to prevent temperature changes inside the box.

Cutting process: After the packaging is completed, the product needs to be cut to the required length through a cutting device. The cutting device is composed of a cutting heating device, cutting wheels and cutting rollers, etc., ensuring accurate cutting positions, moderate speeds, and maintaining the consistency and integrity of each packaging unit.

Process characteristics:

Local low-temperature sealing: Unlike heat shrink packaging machines, transparent film three-dimensional packaging machines use local point instant low-temperature sealing to prevent temperature changes inside the box. They are suitable for medicines, heat-sensitive electronic products, etc.

High-precision control: The entire process flow requires the support of a high-precision control system to ensure the accuracy of film material conveying, molding, packaging and cutting.

High degree of automation: The equipment is equipped with functions such as automatic feeding, automatic counting, and fault indication, reducing manual intervention and enhancing production efficiency.
