Yes,To pack different box,you just need to change the mold and the film.but make sure the size of it is accepted by the machine.

A Usually two or three people is ok. If it is manual feeding, more people are needed, mainly according to your production capacity.

Q What is the production speed?
A Machine speed depends on the model, product dimensions, packaging material and configuration. For example, some LS-150 and LS-170 models are specified at up to 120 packs per minute, with actual output depending on the product size and operating conditions.

A Yes. Luosheng provides eraser paper sleeve packing machines, film overwrapping machines and combined eraser packaging lines.

Q Is the cellophane overwrapping machine fully automatic?
A Yes. Our machine realizes automatic feeding, film cutting, folding and sealing. Only one worker is needed for supervision, greatly improving production efficiency.

Q What is the difference between overwrapping machine and shrink wrapping machine?
A Overwrapping machine uses cold folding technology with flat and neat box surface, no deformation, sharper corners and higher-end appearance. Shrink wrapping machine uses hot shrinking, which may deform small boxes and wrinkle printed surfaces.

Q Can the eraser be wrapped with transparent film after paper sleeve packaging?
A Yes. For projects requiring both a printed paper sleeve and transparent outer film, the XPC-60A can be combined with a compatible film overwrapping machine, subject to product and line configuration.
