The combination of multi-station turntables and CAM drive: A multi-station turntable alternating packaging method is adopted, and all wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed through CAM drive. This design ensures the continuity and high speed of the packaging process. The CAM transmission mechanism can precisely control the complex motion trajectory, making the actions such as wrapping, folding and heat sealing coordinated and consistent. It features high speed and stable operation.

Diversification and coordination of transmission parts: The transmission mechanism is composed of various transmission parts, such as gears, cams, sprockets (chains), belts, etc. These parts work together to achieve the transmission of power and motion. For instance, gear transmission is used to distribute power, sprocket chain transmission is used to connect actuators, and belt transmission is used to assist in power transmission, jointly ensuring the stability and efficiency of the transmission system.

For example, by changing the mold, items of different sizes can be packaged. The newly designed multiple patented structures make mold replacement simpler and faster. In addition, the transmission components such as the film cutting knife also adopt a replaceable design. The new double-rotating film cutting knife has a longer service life and can cut films more accurately and smoothly.

High-precision transmission and control: The transmission structure is closely coordinated with the control system to achieve high-precision transmission. For example, a servo motor is adopted for automatic film ejection, with adjustable speed and length. Stepless speed regulation is achieved through the collaborative control of PLC and frequency converter. The multi-point tracking and detection system ensures the accuracy of the packaging process. These technologies ensure the stability and packaging quality of the packaging machine during high-speed operation.

Dynamic performance optimization of the transmission system: The transmission system has high requirements for dynamic performance and needs to have a fast dynamic following performance and high speed stability accuracy. Therefore, in the design of the transmission structure, the dynamic technical indicators of the frequency converter must be taken into account, and high-performance frequency converters should be selected to meet the requirements.
