At the technical level, some waste treatment institutions have developed innovative recycling technologies for the recycling of transparent films. For instance, a waste treatment agency in the UK has developed a pyrolysis process in which transparent films are incinerated in a combustion chamber. The carbon in the residue consists of 79% liquid carbon and 21% gaseous carbon. No carbon dioxide is generated during the process, and the produced liquid carbon and gaseous carbon can be transported to different places to meet fuel and energy demands. This indicates that the packaging film used in the transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine has the possibility of being recycled technically.

From the perspective of industry development trends, with the enhancement of environmental awareness and the popularization of sustainable development concepts, recyclable and biodegradable plastic films have become the new favorite in the market, promoting the green transformation of the industry.
