The folding process techniques of the transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine involve multiple key links. The following is a specific analysis:

Adjustment of the upper guide pressing plate: Adjust the upper guide pressing plate according to the height of the packaged item. First, loosen the fixing screws, place the packaged item under it, and gently press it with appropriate tightness. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the screws to ensure that the packaged item is accurately positioned during the packaging process.

Adjustment of the conveying baffle: According to the width of the packaged items, adjust the width and height of the conveying baffle so that it is not too tight with the packaged items. The best position is to form an "eight" shape from the box placement area to the main machine's feeding port to ensure the smooth conveying of the packaged items.

Feeding table panel and cylinder setting: Place the packaged items in the middle of the feeding table panel, adjust the left and right positions of the conveying baffle and the position close to the switch baffle, so that the two baffles can just gently touch the two sides of the packaged items, ensuring the stability of the packaged items during the feeding stage.

Top package plate adjustment: Place the packaged items on the top package plate, adjust the width of the guide plates on both sides to stick them appropriately to the packaged items, and then tighten the screws. After adjusting both sides, rotate the machine to lift the top packaging board to the highest position. At this point, the bottom of the top packaging board should just rise above the edges of the movable plates on both sides of the top packaging channel, so that the movable plates can move closer to the top packaging board under the action of the tension spring force, allowing the packaged items to fall on the movable plates and preparing for subsequent folding.

Adjustment of the width of the push plate, corner folding device, film folding plate track and the two sides of the ironing plates: Place the packaged items on the track of the film folding table panel, and adjust the positions of the push plate, corner folding device, film folding plate track and the width of the two sides of the ironing plates symmetrically left and right with the top package plate as the center. Place the two packaged items into the track, one in front and one at the back. Loosen the four locking screws on both sides of the track, adjust the width of the track, and keep the gap between the track and the box at 2-3mm. After adjustment, tighten the locking screws to ensure the accuracy of the folding process.

Adjustment of the top packaging channel width: Place the packaged items on the top packaging board, rotate the machine until the top packaging board reaches the top packaging channel board. After adjustment, the guide plate should be in close contact with the packaged items, with an appropriate tightness to ensure that the packaged items can pass through the top packaging channel smoothly.

Adjustment of the film feeding position on the film feeding belt: Loosen the four screws on the driven sprocket on the main shaft and the film adjustment clamping block, and then rotate the film adjustment sprocket. If the overlapping position of the film produced by the test package is biased forward, then the film adjustment sprocket should be rotated clockwise while the main shaft remains stationary. If it is too far back, turn it counterclockwise to adjust and make the film feeding position accurate.

Height adjustment of the upper ironing plate: Place the packaged item under the upper ironing plate, connect the air source to extend the cylinder of the upper ironing plate, and keep the upper ironing plate at its lowest point. Loosen the nuts on the four screws that support the upper ironing plate, allowing the upper ironing plate to fall freely on the packaged item. Then tighten the nuts. The best position is to be close to the packaged item, not too tight, to ensure the heat sealing effect.

Adjustment of the cut position of the small-mouth cutter: Loosen the fixing screw of the small-mouth cutter, rotate the small-mouth cutter and adjust it until the cut of the small-mouth cutter is exactly at the edge of the cut film. If an easy-pull wire is not needed, the bearing pad under the small-mouth cutter can be removed to meet different packaging requirements.

Timing adjustment: Press the emergency stop switch, manually push the packaged item through the input channel to the lifting plate position, manually turn the cart to lift the packaged item to the highest point, the lower moving plate catches the packaged item, the movable flip plate opens, after the hand-cranked cart completes the bottom folding, the upper moving plate folds sideways to push the packaged item into the forming channel, and the bottom seal is sealed. The time for moving the up and down plates and lifting the plate is adjusted by the CAM. After the timing adjustment is completed, the CAM screws should be tightened and the hand crank should be run for several cycles to confirm accuracy before starting the operation. When adjusting the timing, the emergency stop button must be pressed. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment.
