LUOSHENG
The LUOSHENG XPC-100A automatic eraser paper sleeve packing machine is designed for individual paper sleeve packaging of large erasers and other compatible small products.
It is suitable for stationery manufacturers and eraser factories that need an automated solution for wrapping erasers with printed paper sleeves. The machine integrates paper feeding, product positioning, adhesive application and paper folding to help improve packaging consistency and reduce manual handling.
With a stated product length range of 60–100 mm, the XPC-100A is designed for erasers that are larger than those typically handled by the XPC-60A model.
Automatic paper sleeve feeding: The feeding system supplies printed paper sleeves to the wrapping process.

The XPC-100A is intended for larger erasers within its specified dimensional range. It may also be suitable for other compatible small products, subject to sample testing and machine configuration.
For soft, sticky or unusually shaped erasers, we recommend testing product samples to verify feeding stability, positioning accuracy and the finished paper sleeve appearance.
The XPC-100A is designed for products measuring 60–100 mm in length, while the XPC-60A is designed for products measuring 26–60 mm in length.
