The durability of the components of the transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine is affected by multiple factors. The following is an analysis from two aspects: key components and influencing factors:

First, durability of key components

Bearings: The bearings of the rolling three-dimensional packaging machine are prone to wear after long-term operation, resulting in unstable machine vibration and a high rate of waste film. In contrast, the push-type three-dimensional packaging machine reduces the wear risk of vulnerable parts such as bearings and enhances durability by optimizing its structural design.

Mold: To change the packaging of different sizes in a roller packaging machine, the entire roller mold needs to be replaced, which is costly and time-consuming (about 2 hours). Frequent replacements will accelerate the wear and tear of the mold. The push-type packaging machine only requires the replacement of four small parts (completed within 15 minutes), reducing the frequency of mold replacement and the risk of wear and tear.

The materials of the machine head and body: The machine head of the push-type three-dimensional packaging machine is made by one-piece mold casting, and the body is made of stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and a solid structure, significantly improving durability.

Transmission components: Some models adopt servo motors for the lower film, which can adjust the size of the lower film at will, reducing mechanical wear of the transmission components and extending their service life.

Second, factors affecting durability

Equipment type: The push-type packaging machine has significantly enhanced durability through structural optimization (such as one-piece casting of the head and stainless steel body) and modular design (quick replacement of parts). However, the roller packaging machine has relatively poor durability due to bearing wear and frequent mold replacement.

Usage environment: Damp or corrosive environments will accelerate the aging of components and reduce their durability. It is recommended to keep the equipment dry and clean and avoid contact with corrosive substances.

Maintenance: Regular cleaning, lubrication and tightening of components can reduce wear and tear. For instance, regularly inspecting the condition of bearings, cleaning debris from transmission components, and replacing aged seals, etc., can effectively extend the service life of equipment.

Operating specifications: Improper operation (such as overloading, frequent start-stop) will accelerate the wear and tear of components. The equipment must be used strictly in accordance with the operating procedures to avoid illegal operations.
