The transparent film three-dimensional packaging machine is a device used for fully enclosed transparent film packaging of box-shaped items. Its working principle mainly covers core links such as material conveying, film forming, wrapping and sealing, and cutting output, as follows:
The equipment conveys the box-shaped items to be packaged (such as medicine boxes, cosmetic boxes, food boxes, etc.) one by one to the packaging station through the conveyor belt or the pushing mechanism. During the conveying process, sensors or positioning devices are used to ensure the precise positioning of items, providing accurate position information for subsequent packaging actions. For example, photoelectric sensors are used to detect whether the items have reached the designated position. Once the items are detected to be in place, the subsequent packaging process is triggered.
Film supply: Transparent film is installed in roll form on the unwinding reel of the equipment. Through a series of guide rollers and tensioning devices, the film is smoothly and evenly conveyed to the packaging area. The tensioning device can ensure that the film always maintains an appropriate tension during the conveying process, avoiding loosening or breaking.
Film forming: When the items reach the packaging station, the forming device starts to work. The forming device is usually composed of molds, cylinders or motors, etc. It can fold and shape the flat transparent film according to the shape of the object, making it form a three-dimensional shape that matches the shape of the object. For example, for rectangular box-shaped items, the forming device will fold the four corners of the film to form a shape similar to a box, wrapping the item inside.
Wrapping action: After the film is formed, the pushing mechanism or mechanical hand pushes the item into the already formed transparent film, allowing the film to tightly wrap around the surface of the item. Meanwhile, the equipment will use vacuum adsorption or mechanical pressing methods to ensure that there are no bubbles or wrinkles between the film and the items, guaranteeing the flatness and tightness of the packaging.
Sealing treatment: To make the packaging more secure and sealed, the equipment will perform sealing treatment on the edges of the film. There are two common sealing methods: heat sealing and cold sealing. Heat sealing is a process that uses heating elements to heat the edges of the film to a molten state and then bonds them together under pressure. Cold sealing is the use of special glue or tape to bond the edges of the film at room temperature. The parameters such as temperature, pressure and time for sealing can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the film to ensure a good sealing effect.
Cutting operation: After the sealing is completed, the cutting device will cut the excess film to give the packaged items a neat appearance. Cutting devices usually employ sharp blades or laser cutting technology, which can precisely cut according to the shape and size of the items, avoiding burrs or incomplete cutting.
Output finished products: The packaged finished products after cutting will be conveyed to the discharge port of the equipment by the conveyor belt or mechanical hand, and then enter the subsequent packaging or storage process. Meanwhile, the equipment will automatically carry out the packaging cycle of the next item, achieving continuous and efficient production.
